To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

Customer Responsibilities

📦 Bear the logistics cost for returns or exchanges

🎥 Record a video while opening the parcel to support any claim

📬 Use bubble wrap or a carton for the return—no tape or writing on the original packaging

🧾 Share the dispatch receipt via WhatsApp

🔁 Remind us after 4 days of dispatch for status update
Processing & Refunds

⏳ It may take up to 2 business days to inspect and process the return

💸 Refunds are credited within 4 business days after approval

📥 Provide complete bank account or JazzCash details for the refund

🚚 Delivery charges (Rs. 300 or 500) will be deducted, even on free-delivery orders
